1.The Original studies , literature review and case studies presented by a participant at the congress and consistent with the subject matter in Polish or English may be eligible for inclusion in the monograph. The work should meet the criteria for a chapter in a monograph (0.5 publishing sheet, i.e. 20,000 characters)
2. Specific requirements related to the preparation of the work:
• Times New Roman 12 font, margins 2.5 cm, line spacing 1.5. the title page should contain: the title in Polish (bold text), first and last names of authors and their scientific titles, name and address of the institution where the authors are employed (italics - italics), list of abbreviations and the author's correspondence address his e-mail, telephone and fax
• the title of the work should be concise and clear,
• the text of the manuscript should be concise and communicative, linguistically correct, and devoid of medical or scientific jargon.
• the text of the original work should be organized in the following order: abstract, introduction, the aim of the study, material and methods, results, discussion, conclusions and literature.
• the foreign language names should be in italics,
• abbreviations, symbols and units - only commonly known abbreviations are allowed without explanation, while abbreviations and symbols that are little known or created by the author / s must be preceded by a full description (in parentheses) on the first use. Abbreviations should not be used in the title of the work. It is recommended to use units of measurement consistent with the SI system.
• the source material quoted in the text of the work should be prepared by numbering in the order of citation in square brackets, eg [1,2], in the order presented in the section: References.
• When citing works published in the work in the section: references, describe them as follows:

• The figures, tables (figures, photos) - if they are taken from published sources, the authors must obtain the consent of the relevant publisher for their use and indicate at the end of the caption the source from which they come. The title of the table should be placed above the table. Figures and photos contain captions underneath them. Tables should be prepared in A4 format. All abbreviations used in the tables require an explanation in the table below. Tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals. Drawings should be prepared using computer techniques, in Microsoft Excel or Word in color or black and white.
• All abbreviations used each time require an explanation under the picture. Figures should be numbered with Arabic numerals.
3. The work prepared not in accordance with the regulations or without the authors' declaration attached will be sent back to the authors.
4. The work will be reviewed by two selected Reviewers who are specialists in a given field.
5. The editorial office reserves the right to make changes, without agreeing with the author, regarding the style, nomenclature, necessary abbreviations, removing repetitions and shifting tables and figures, which do not affect the substantive content of the work.
6. No payments will be issued for publishing the work in the monograph.
7. Only the first author of the chapter receives one copy of the monograph (on a CD), without the cost of its purchase.
8. Submitting the work by the author for publication is tantamount to a declaration that the work has not been published or submitted to the Editorial Office of the journal and that it transfers to the Publisher, on an exclusive basis, all proprietary copyrights to the work covering the fields of exploitation, such as publishing houses, electronic media and Internet, on the territory of Poland and abroad
9. Authors must disclose to the Publisher (in the form of a written statement) all conflicts of interest (financial dependencies, personal relationships, academic competition, possible role of the sponsor of the research or part of it, in the design and processing of the data obtained).
10.The work will be published in the monograph only after paying the appropriate fee and receiving positive reviews and sending the authors' declaration (to be downloaded from the Conference website, completed and signed, and the scan of the declaration should be attached immediately to the submitted work).
The work prepared in accordance with the above guidelines and statements should be sent to the conference e-mail address within the prescribed period.
